Um.....What is karma for? And what color will my name be if i turn light?

karma is for how likeable you are to others. when you look at karma below everyone. you have a choice to smite or exalt them. smiting brings there karma down while exalting brings it up. obviously you can't get karma for yourself. You can only recieve it from others.

if you choose to be a light. your name will be golden.

I know this may all seem confusing. and It's only going to get worse the more I try to explain things. Let's face the facts. I'm not very good at what I do, which is why I didn't want northern light to give me this responsibility.

I can only explain so much before things start to get jumbled up and no one wants to listen to what I say anymore. I'm sorry if I'm confusing you and that it's leading us further and further away from getting you accepted. Please just find it in your heart to bear with me for a little bit longer.

What we need to discuss is how you navigate the board. I saw that you posted a question in the 'new foxes' area in getting started. Now don't get me wrong. I'm glad you posted a question. In fact I'm nearly overjoyed. The problem is that you posted it in the wrong area. The new foxes area is for character sheets only. Thats what caused everyone to jump the gun on you last time. There's no room for anything in that area except character sheets. anything that isn't a character sheet in that area is considered spam or filler. When new members go to that area, they are going to be confused because they are going to see that you started something there and might start following your example. Then it's going to be filled with a bunch of other things which aren't character related. I'm only telling you this so that we can avoid others yelling at you again.

If you have questions I want to be sure that you put them in the right area. the area would be the Out of character section of the proboard. Remember? I made a thread there where I can answer your questions and it won't get in the way of anyone.

There has to be a sense of organization if you want to avoid being suspended from the board. I'm not threatening you with this...*sigh* it's just a reality that we must all face. certain things go in certain places and when you get out of line and write them wherever you want to, it messes things up. and there are consequences for such actions.
