Persona:
Etapa is a fighter. She always has been, and always will be. When faced with problems her first option is almost always to bite and see if it bites back, and when her problems are with other wolves she tends to make them quite clear. Like her adopted daughter she's bold, arrogant and cocky, never shying away from a challenge or giving up on her ventures.
She used to be quite a sweetie, but lately she's let her darker side show. Years of pent-up rage and frustration have finally been released, and she likes to vent by harming other creatures both emotionally and physically. Yes, she's quite sadistic, with a twisted sense of humour and perhaps a touch of insanity. Her cruel side is quite obvious in situations like fights, as she always aims to maim and cause pain more than kill her opponent. This can cause problems sometimes; she takes so long wearing down and torturing enemies, it often gives others time to step in and help the assaulted.
She seems to draw the line for her venting at enimies though... Unless you -really- piss her off, she's highly unlikely to go for someone on the same side as her. Snap at them perhaps, but not full-out brutalize them.
She's ruthless and barbaric at times, and almost always rushes into things without checking for her safety. Note the "her"; Though Etapa seems to not give a damn what harm comes her way, she doesn't like to put others in the path of danger, and has a tendancy to try and draw fire from her comrades.
In a way, she's a cowardly or incompetent alpha's worst nightmare. If she thinks someone's not doing a job right, she's apt to step in herself, unless it's something she knows she can't handle... Not really with terrible results, as she can usually handle things perfectly well untill something else distracts her from her carefully lain-out plans.
Temper:
She's got quite an easily-roused temper, and it's dangerous. When angered she usually starts her intimidation act, before harshly putting down her aggravate and often resorting to violence if she clashes with another like her.
She's good at keeping it under wraps when she wants to... But she rarely seems to bother, unless she knows and has taken a liking to the one she'd usually direct it at. She's not one for favoritism, either - Her own "daughter" is just as likely to get the sharp side of her tounge as another recruit... But she wouldn't hurt those on her side. She'll still mouth off sometimes, but snapping and dominating the other dark is as far as she'll go with same-side agression.

Appearance:
Etapa is burly, muscular and overally quite tough looking. She's often mistaken for a male even at close distance, there being little actually feminine about her. But she's by no means an ugly wolf, despite how she's been changed.
Her main coat color is a deep, almost-black color. A little scruffy, but thick and full. There are a few odd tufts and raised lines where scars marr her frame, mementoes from her time as an abused and a soldier. Her muzzle is of average length, filled with healthy white teeth and in good order. Nothing wrong with her jaws, as she'll so happily prove if riled.
Her ears are large, though a good slice has been taken out of her left one. They're of the same shade as her coat, unmarked color-wise. Her legs are a tad long compared to the rest of her body, though she seems to lean more towards strength and defence than speed. They're strong and muscular, though the way she walks and a large scar would suggest a once-broken left fore. Her forelegs end in large greyish paws, with powerful talons. Her hinds are devoid of markings.
Markings... She has quite a few. An extremely dark grey, no more than a touch lighter than black, runs up her forelegs with a fire-style look, from her paws to her elbows. The tips of her bangs are of the same shades, and wavy marks start at the tip of her brush, winding along the edges. Similar marks are on each side of her tail, and along the sides of her broad skull.
There are two cross-shaped marks on her back; One above her tail, the other on her shoulders. They're of the wide, sharp-tipped variety, like oddly-joined stripes.
One proper stripe goes across her black muzzle, and from her eyes run two curved markings. The rest of her body is a pitch-black, with the exception of her glittering neon-green eyes.

Why? Why is your soul poisoned with so much hatred? I feel bad for saying this, but I'm glad he's not my blood grandson... He's a monster. I just hope he gived up on his quest to kill my poor Hajakari, though he'll probably die before he even thinks of surrender... When I heard he was still alive I was glad. But when I heard about what he's been doing, I sometimes wish he wasn't... If I ever have to fight this youngster, I can't say it'll be without fear.

Hajakari - Ah. My adopted daughter... I found her a long time ago, all alone in the middle of a forest. She's a bit of an enigma even to me, but she's a nice enough girl. A bit headstrong yes, but I can hardly fault that, can I? She's been good to me through the years, and I'm glad I found her again... I was worried she'd end up dead, too. Haja is one of my few true friends.
Sakitu - I can't say I know much about the new dark leader. Few times I've seen her it's almost always been on the battelfields... She seems alright.
Kero Jana - A fox that interrupted my brutalizing of her friends in the Old Town. I admit I walked away from that one, but it certainly wasn't out of fear or injury... Next time we meet, I will not be so merciful, medic.
Kifu Miamo - Pathetic little runt. I'm still wondering why I spared her and her friends... Something so weak would have been killed sooner or later, so why not let it be me who has their fun? Oh well. I'll get her the next battle, if she recovers in time.
