History: She was raised a sinister wolf pup.Her mother was killed by her own mate. She now rests in the army of the darks in hopes of someday finding her father and making him suffer a long and painful death. She now is addicted to the taste of blood.

Yup, and especially with a (very) short Character Format like that you will really have to prove yourself. I also can't see from your Form if your character fits the rank or not at all, there's no effort in it. Just the IC of some people is longer than your Application altogether.
