well, I haven't seen this as too big of a problem here, but I've been roleplaying for most of my life online and the biggest problem is people aren't specific with their posts, especially attacking.
For instance a post might be "Buck lunged at the red female, eyes ablaze, he was desperate to win." But who's the red fea? There could be more then one. I've seen this a few times in operation capture the flag and people got confused.
The rule would state that when doing something that interacted with another character, call them by the name. Your character doesn't have to know the foxes name, but in the narrations always use names. so now that post would look like this : "Buck lunged at Lissa, eyes ablaze, he was desperate to win."
Of course you don't have to do this every time, just enough to where people get who you are posting to. For instance : "Buck saw Lissa from a distance and crouched down, eyeballing the female with need. Without warning he sprang at his unsuspecting victim, jaws agape." See? In this one we only needed to use Lissa's name once since the following clauses are still closely related to each other.
See what I mean, this will clear up some confusion on the battlefield, there probably wont be penalty for the rule, so it'll more of a friendly reminder then an actual, punishable rule. xD
PS : I'm not trying to name out individuals at all, or mock your roleplay style. My hope here is to make things easier for people so they don't think their char is being attacked when really they aren't.
